READ_TIMEOUT_MILLIS

Time the CLI waits for an answer to a snapshot command.

The cluster validates the request before it answers, which includes waiting for the primary replicas of the affected zones. This timeout must outlast that wait, otherwise the command reports a bare timeout instead of the diagnostic the cluster produces.
