public class LdapEntry extends Object
A single entry returned by an Ldap search: the distinguished name the directory reports for it together with the attributes the search asked for.

Both halves come from the directory itself, which is what makes them usable as the authoritative spelling of an identity: a search matches under case-insensitive matching rules, so the values the caller searched with cannot be trusted to be the values the directory stores.
