      Applies row updates.
      Parameters:
      cacheName - Target table name.
      rowUpdates - Updates to apply.
      cancellationToken - Signals that the batch is abandoned, because the connection it arrived on is gone. Implementations must stop retrying and complete the returned future promptly, so that the batch is released.
      Returns:
      Future that will be completed once all updates got processed.
